About Me

My name is Rawan Albina and I help individuals and executives, especially women reach their full potential.

I am a successful self-made Professional Coach who demonstrates top-class leadership and coaching skills and has coached more than 150 individuals from 60 different nationalities in over 1100 hours all over the Middle East; from middle management to chief executives. Proficient in English, French, and Arabic, I am one of the eleven Professional Certified Coaches (PCC) in the Middle East today and among the first to have obtained the ICF credential in 2011.

My 10 years as a leader with Tetra Pak and Nestlé allow me to be deeply apprehensive of the business practices and procedures and thus I am able to offer effective and comprehensive coaching to all levels of the corporate ladder. Being an individual that loves challenges, I had my career breakthrough as a coach, trainer and motivational speaker delivering diverse programs to individuals and market leaders including DWTC, Vela Marine, Ras Gas, Unilever, Nestle, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Boehringer Ingelheim, CB Richard Ellis, HSBC, NBAD, LinkedIn and Glaxo Smithkline.  As a solopreneur, I spearheaded marketing and business management strategies which translated corporate vision into action steps, resulting in the maximization of my online reputation and worldwide personal recognition. I specialize in Personal Branding as I find that it is the perfect marriage of my background as a marketer and my work as a coach.

I am holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics and a graduate of the prestigious Coaches Training Institute where I was certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). Among other professional certifications, I am a holder of the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and certified in the FIRO and WPB5 assessment tools. I am a certified Mentor Coach, a proud member of the International Coach Federation and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. I serve as a Leadership Solutions Coach with the Center for Creative Leadership in the Middle East offering feedback coaching as part of the Leadership Development Programs as well as delivering executive coaching to senior management and chief executives. I am also an Associate Coach of  Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching and Member of the Thunderbird Educator Network (TEN) for the Middle East.

I currently work as an independent Coach and Consultant utilizing my penetrating insight into business management, marketing and communications, and leadership to empower businesses and individuals. Apart from engaging in professional ventures, I love spending quality time at home with my husband and two children. I am a frequent contributor to magazines and coaching forums. My sheer passion is to make a difference through my work and I hope to achieve even more by volunteering to mentor MBA students and teenagers.

On a more personal note, I’m originally from Jerusalem, but grew up in Beirut where I was constantly reminded of how fragile life is under the bomb shells of the Lebanese civil war. As a result, I quickly learned to be both a fighter and a survivor.

I have extraordinary life experiences that let me see what my clients face with different perspectives and offer wisdom & guidance based on real world experiences and a raw intuition that brings clarity to even the most confusing situations.

When I engage with you, there is nothing more important to me than your success and your mission becomes my own.

If you’d like to learn more, read what my clients say or just get in touch with me.

Rawan is professional, supportive, a good listener, efficient and she has that brilliant talent to show clarity in what first seems to be a complete mess.
